A series of dramatisations of the lives of notable Australians. 1972 subjects included Nellie Melba (played by Kate Fitzpatrick), Henry Lawson (Tim Elliott), and Arthur Phillip (Charles “Bud” Tingwell), 1974 saw Francis Greenway (John Ewart), Ray Parer (Graeme Blundell), William Bligh (Brian James), Thomas Mitchell (Gordon Chater), 1975 saw Marcus Clarke (Robin Ramsay), Walter Burley Griffin (Joe James) and Matthew Flinders (Paul Mason).
