Drama series. Blue Water High is set in a surf academy where seven teenagers follow an intensive, 12-month residential surfing and schooling programme. At the end of the year, one boy and one girl will get the prize they all covet: a three-year sponsorship contract with international sportswear company Solar Blue. Pretty soapy with its focus on relationships, much of the cast of season one didn’t carry on with season two with the series being about a 12 month programme.
