Clever satire based comedy sketch show, very popular and starring Al Hamel, Bonnie Brooks, June Sampson, Billy Van and Jean Christopher. From 1965 onwards several one off dramas under the nightcap banner and also a six part comedy called Flemington Park (a soap opera send up).

Scifi drama series. San Francisco jazz musician Johnny Domino has an alter ego as a superhero called Nightman (Domino gained his powers after being struck by lightning). Interestingly in one episode Nightman was helped by the character of Jonathan Chase (as played by Simon MacCorkindale who had previously played the same character in the show Manimal.

Anthology series of dramas introduced by well Canadian actor Norman Corwin. Headlined by mostly US talent but some Canadians including Donald Sutherland and William Shatner did star.

Creators:Wayne Grigsby, Barbara Samuels

North of 60Drama series. Stories of the mostly 'Cree' residents of a small Canadian village in the Northwest Territories. Main characters have included Mountie Michelle Kenidi and also fellow Mountie Sergeant Eric Olssen who had moved from the drug squad in Vancouver to try and get some stability back in his life, store owner Gerry and Rosie who worked in the store. The show has never been afraid to tackle important issues such as Alocholism, AIDS, unemployment etc.

Period drama series. During World War II a pair of cattle ranchers have to take on a trio of young teenagers when their regular have to go off and fight in the war. The show was preceded by a two hour TV Movie.

NURSERY SCHOOL TIME

Producers: Thomas Knight, Rena Elder, Dennis Spence, Denyse Adams

Pre school show for kids with an educational theme, regulars included Teddy Forman, Shirley Knight, Happy the puppet (a bunny rabbit) and Claudine Vallerand.

Crime drama series. Detective Inspector Ford investigates a murder in the small English town of Medlow, later following a second murder the secret service get involved. Based on a UK original of the same name.
