fighting evil, armed only with a sonic screwdriver and a variety of companions. The TARDIS was police
boxed shaped and was bigger inside than out. The Doctor's regular foes included The
Daleks, The Cybermen, The Sontarans, and the renagade time lords The Master and The Rani. The idea for the Daleks was
by extremely culty writer Terry Nation.
