According to Spencer the two most important things in life are love and success. Jesse Bradford plays Spencer who moves to Los Angeles determined to make his mark in the world. Somewhat naive Jesse is only in the city a day when he crashes into the car of his childhood sweetheart Melora (played by an over the top Mia Kirshner), when he realises that he will be working with Melora at the same ad agency he determines to win her heart and becomes the agency’s top executive.

From the people who brought us 100 Girls and aiming at the romcom market According to Spencer throws in a wacky cast of characters, (the only room for rent Spencer can find belongs to two porno filmakers who are determined to get Spencer involved in their “epic” movie), some funny dialogue and plenty of meaningful glances and heartsearching moments.
