ANYONE IN IT WE KNOW?

Paul Fenech

WHAT’S IT ABOUT THEN?

The guys from Pizza go out and about visiting the Summernats pumped up car festival with burnouts galore followed by a trip to the drunken world of the schoolies and closing with Pizza's guide to the world of strip clubs.

SO IS IT ANY GOOD?

Oh dear we think we smell the distinct odour of cash in here. It seems the more popular Paul Fenech's pizza boy Pauly becomes the more irritating he gets.

Aimed fairly and squarely at the teen market Uncensored certainly packs in more than its fair quota of swearing, outrageous behaviour and tits n bums. Its all pretty low budget you get the impression that the whole thing was put together over the course of a couple of

hours, a burn out here, a dodgy party there topped off with a bit of bump n grind. In fact you get the feeling that anyone armed with a camcorder and a dodgy sense of humour could have come up with the same material.

The disc is broken up into quite short segments which gives the whole thing a distorted feel but the idea could have worked quite well as a documentary style affair looking into the world of the average teenage Pizza fan but the guys end up becoming very annoying with their constant inane interruptions. Uncensored gives off a pretty seedy vibe, the Pizza guys appear to be enjoying the allegedly underage girls kissing each other a little bit too much.

After the TV series, the stage show, the movie, the book of the movie, the book of the book of the movie, the T-shirts and all the other Pizza related material out there Uncensored is a pretty tired idea. If you're a fifteen year old male or a desperate middle aged man hanging to see some naked flesh then this release is for you. In fact our mate Jeff will love it.

ANY SPECIAL FEATURES?

The extras consist of a whole set of features about the early days of the Pizza franchise covering the first short films made by Fenech in the guise of Pauly. Easily the best thing on the whole disc.
