WHAT’S
IT ABOUT THEN?
Thisb-grade horror sci-fi
film is about giant bugs
emerging into the US
subway system, via a newly built
tunnel. An FBI agent on the trail
of a serial killer stumbles
across the body of the first
victim, and decides to bring in
an entomologist friend of his to
study his findings. She comes up
with the finding that could only
mean one thing -giant bugs. They alert
the man behind the new subway
and the plot thickens as he
ignores their warnings and sends
a group of VIP’s down the
tunnel anyway.
When
the train comes back full of blood a team of SWAT agents goes down the
tunnel to eradicate the insects. The team is systematically slaughtered
and we find that only one SWAT guy, the FBI agent, the entomologist and
the lead engineer of the tunnel construction, are left to fight there
way out of a sealed off tunnel and trap the bugs inside.
SO
IS IT ANY GOOD?
With
it’s CGI bugs, corny one liners, predictable plot and bad acting Bugs
is certainly good for a laugh but you wouldn’t want to see it more
than once.
