WHAT’S IT ABOUT THEN?

With their SAT tests looming on the horizon five kids break into the Princeton Testing Centre to nick the SAT tests, after getting locked inside the building the kids end up learning more than a little about each other and what is important in life.

SO IS IT ANY GOOD?

If you are over the age of 25 then this movie is probably not aimed at you, a full on teen movie in fact in the vein of 80’s flicks such as The Breakfast Club. The Perfect Score does have some things going for it for the general viewer though not least the first rate up and coming class - Scarlett Johansson and Erika Christensen do well with their mainly stereotypical roles, Johansson is almost unrecognisable here as the wacky computer expert compared to her last role in Lost in Translation.

Director Brian Robbins does his best to crank up the tension in the heist style planning of the break in but lets the movie sag in some of the later scenes. Nothing special but probably the most popular film your teenage son or daughter will see this school holiday.

ANY SPECIAL FEATURES?

Audio commentary from director Brian Robbins and script writer Mark Schwann, behind the scenes feature and the theatrical trailer.
