solid set of extras back up the main feature starting with a pair of
audio commentaries first from director Sommers (who also brought us the
Mummy franchise) and producer Bob Dusay, next is one featuring the
actors Richard Roxburgh (Dracula), Will Kemp (Wolfman) and Shuler
Hensley (Frankenstein's Monster), this second is the better of the two
commentaries; Next is EXPLORE DRACULA'S CASTLE a fun interactive feature
that allows you to actually go inside the rooms of Dracula's lair via
your remote control; BRINGING THE MONSTERS TO LIFE is a 10 minute
feature looking at the CGI effects; YOU ARE IN THE MOVIE is a
multi-angle presentation from various scenes in the movie where you get
to choose the camera point of view; VAN HELSING - THE STORY, THE LIFE,
THE LEGEND is another 10 minute featurette looking at the history of the
Van Helsing character in literature and movies. There are also a
bloopers reel, a text version of the film credits, trailers and a
playable demo (if you have the machine) of the Van Helsing X-Box game. |
