IT ABOUT THEN?

seven disc set.
SO
IS IT ANY GOOD?
It
seems that season four of any Star Trek series is a pivotal point and
this one is no exception.One
of the main characters Kes, says goodbye at the beginning of the season
to make way for a new character, the Borg Seven of Nine played by Jeri
Ryan.With Voyager in the
heart of Borg space, the season kicks off with the conclusion of the
season three cliffhanger “Scorpion.”And it only gets better from there. The introduction ofSeven
allows for many new relationships to be developed between the crew
members, the main one being the ongoing battle for Captain Janeway to
help Seven rediscover her humanity.
Some
of the best episodes of the season (“The Raven” and“One”) are centered around Seven and her efforts to integrate
herself into the tight knit crew. There
are also plenty of other developments to watch out for like the
blossoming romance between Torres and Paris, the introduction of new
species and the first long distance contact with the alpha quadrant.
This season is both a good starting point for those new to the series
and a must have for the enthusiasts, who will relish going back for
another visit to the delta quadrant.
