ANYONE
IN IT WE KNOW?
Hugh
Fearnley-Whittingstall
WHAT’S
IT ABOUT THEN?
Hugh
returns for a third series of
small holding life in Dorset
and this time has some difficult
choices to make – should he
stay at River Cottage forever or
is it time to call it a day.
SO
IS IT ANY GOOD?
The
River Cottage series is a real joy, humorous, different, picturesque and
giving a look at a lifestyle that is increasingly attractive in todays
over stressful world. Hugh, having spent two reasonably easy years at
the cottage, is having a somewhat difficult third year what with lambs,
cows and chickens that refuse to get with child and over extending
himself on the River Cottage budget, however he has a few plans up his
sleeve including a new polytunnel and a stint at market with the River
Cottage Glutton stall selling pigeon kebabs and samosas.
Hugh
himself is a natural in front of camera, whether he be gutting out a
cuttlefish (definitely a hand over the eyes moment) or talking to the
various eccentrics he happens across. Quality stuff.
ANY

well as a bio for him.
