Justice
League Unlimited is the groovy
animated series that brings
together seven superheroes
including Superman, Batman and
Wonder Woman as well as The
Green Knight.
This
disc from Warners features three episodes; In For The Man Who Has
EverythingSuperman's
birthday bash is interrupted by the evil villain Mongul. In The
Return, a dozen of the Justice League's greatest heroes take on Lex
Luthor's evil robot, Amazo. And in The Greatest Story Never Told, an
eager superhero from the future, Booster Gold, saves the day but he's
the only one who knows it.
These
episodes are from the shows third season which is widely regarded as the
shows high point, whilst some fans may coinsider three episodes to be on
the skimpy side the set is very attractively priced and the series
itself offers an interesting take on the DC Comics superheroes stable.
