real world, plays Corky Thatcher who is just about to start high school after years of attending a special school, also attending the school is his younger sister
Becca, the pair have an elder half sister (from their Dad's previous marriage) Paige who does her best to help with the family; Parents are Drew and Libby, Drew is a former construction worker turned restauranteur whilst Libby works mainly in advertising.
Quite an important series and one well worthy of a DVD Release, the first season of Life Goes On is definitely not as issues led as later seasons and much of the action centres on young Corky, Chris Burke is great here but then again the whole cast gel together really well in fact one of the nicer aspects of the show is the way the Thatcher's don't feel like a TV family but feel like a real one and you can't really get a higher compliment than that.
