THE MAN
Distributor: Roadshow Home Entertainment
Certificate:  M | region 4 | 114 Minutes
Director: Les Mayfield

Extras:
Yes

ANYONE IN IT WE KNOW?

Samuel L. Jackson, Eugene Levy

WHAT’S IT ABOUT THEN?

A funny spin on the Odd Couple syndrome with a case of mistaken identity seeing mismatched duo Derrick Vann (Jackson), a Federal agent and dental supply salesman

Andy Fidler (Levy) thrown together as Vann tries to solve the murder of Vann's former partner.
At first Fidler is a true fish out of water and is determined to get himself out of the grasp of Vann but as is the way with these kind of movies ends up with a grudging respect for the Federal agent.
The plot of the movie is actually quite strong with Luke Goss as the man behind the gun running scam that left Vann's partner dead and the set pieces are pretty funny especially the pool scene and the he's my bitch recurring joke.

The Man may not be an earth shattering movie but its certainly while it is on.

Any Special Features?

Extras include a bloopers reel, a collection of deleted or alternate scenes, four shortish featurettes on the making of the movie and the theatrical trailer.
