ANYONE IN IT WE KNOW?

Ross Kemp, Jamie Draven, Miles Anderson, Tony Curran,

WHAT’S IT ABOUT THEN?

"Don't mess with me because I'm Ross Kemp"

Having played hard man Grant MItchell in Eastenders for ten years Ultimate Force must have been tailor made for Ross Kemp, the series co created Rob Heyland and former real life SAS man Chris Ryan sees Kemp heading up an SAS squad called Red Troop.

Kemp plays Sergeant Henno Garvie, a natural born leader who relishes getting in the thick of the action, this first series, focues on new recruit Jamie Dow (Jamie Draven) as he tries to adjust to life in the unit as they deal with crisis situations such as hostage take outs to top secret undercover work.

Absolutely chock a block full of action and exciting set pieces Ultimate Force is a no-holds-barred look at the Special Air Service - a regiment shrouded in secrecy and mystique. Episodes touch on such themes as  stopping the release of a lethal anthrax mutation and infiltrating an anti-capitalist group set on assassination.

Henno's reputation is at stake when an operation goes wrong in the complex political jigsaw of Northern Ireland, there's tragedy on a combat survival weekend - and the team find their skills, stamina and close-knit bond pushed to the limit when they are sent to hunt out a suspected war criminal in Bosnia.

Ultimate Force deals with subjects that other dramas want to leave behind. It’s action-packed, but we have the Al Qaeda mob, we take the Chechens on and we deal with the Zimbabwean situation. The series doesn’t pull any punches and they are not afraid to be contentious. Ultimate Force is the Ultimate Man Show.
