ANYONE IN IT WE KNOW?

assorted giant predators.

WHAT’S IT ABOUT THEN?

Walking With Dinosaurs was huge with its incredibly realistic computer generated look at life on Earth before men, next came Walking With Prehistoric Beasts and now a prequel of sorts with the mesmerising Walking With Monsters that puts us firmly at the dawn of time where for 250 million years (give or take a couple of weeks) the most amazing and fantastic animals ruled the Earth.

This super glossy 90 minute production looks fantastic, you really do believe that two ton predatory fish left the water to hunt on land or that 26 foot sea scorpions roamed the shallows. The team have made use of the research of a large number of palaeontologists in making the series but it's all pure speculation of course, lets face it it's hard proving what happened on Earth 10,000 years ago never mind 500 million years ago, that doesn't stop Walking With Monsters being huge fun of course, in fact it's like one of those expensive Jurassic Park style epics in scope only without the second rate actors.

For any fan of the Walking With series (and this is supposed to be the last in the collection) then this is a vital addition to the library and is certainly great fun for the casual viewer.

ANY SPECIAL FEATURES?
