Scifi
drama series. The web footed and
web handed (and last remaining
survivor from the city of
Atlantis) Mark Harris is washed
ashore in California, rescued by
Dr Elizabeth Merrill, he is then
drafted into the Foundation For
Oceanic Research (for whom
Merrill also works) here he uses
his specials talents to tackle
all manner of threats to the
worlds oceans. Harris could only
survive out of water for a
maximum of twelve hours, the
teams headquarters were an
undersea craft called the
'Cetacean'. Recurring villain
was the evil Mr Schubert. The
first four episodes were all
feature length.

being washed up on the shore a
young man is discovered by Dr
Elizabeth Merrill of The
Foundation for Oceanic Research
to be the last known survivor
from the city of Atlantis,
learning that the man, Mark
Harris, has webbed hands and
feet and gills instead of lungs,
Merrill brings him back to full
health and persuades him to help
her tackle an evil scientist
called Mr Schubert.
