Auf Wiedersehen Pet: For Better For Worse (ITV 9 May 1986)

In For Better For Worse The villa is nearly finished but there are rumours flying around (mainly courtesy of Vicki) that Ally Fraser is in trouble. Dennis begins to wonder just what is going on when Ally asks him to fly back to the UK to pick up some “papers” for him. Barry finally decides enough is enough and gives Hazel an ultimatum. Meanwhile the boys are concerned that Wayne is trying to get off with Vicki but it seems she prefers Oz!

The action is beginning to hot up as things start to come undone for Fraser, still of plenty of humour though with a great moment when Hazel and Brenda spend the afternoon on the luxury boat of Prince Stefano and his “friend” Gunter, decide to keep quiet about it and then bump into them when they are in town with the boys. The final plot twist is also put in place with Kenny Ames persuading Ally that a trip to Switzerland to recover some of his money is in order and what better way to get there than via Tangier and a trip on his yacht with the cover of Hazel and Barry’s wedding!

Gary Holten, who had sadly died during filming, only appears in the exterior shots for this and the final episode.
