It’s an out and about episode of Masterchef as the contestants head out to the brand new Westfield shopping centre food court in the heart of Sydney. It’s a challenge with a difference as the varied dietry requirements that everyday people require are called into play (something you have to think about carefully if you run a restaurant of course).
Each contestant has to serve a different dish and each dish has a different dietry requirement (including having to create a rotisserie dish for a diabetic vegan) and not only that of course it has to be something highly appetising.
