Some funky retro TV is coming our way this month, a box set of some of the best loved action adventure shows of the 1980's, the best of the 80's boxset from Universal features a collection of episodes devoted to Magnum PI, Miami Vice, Knight Rider and The A-Team. Thanks to Universal we have five sets to give away.
The four disc set features the following:-
Magnum PI
– Join ex Vietnam veteran Thomas Magnum (Tom Selleck) as he is drawn into the Miami
underworld, confronting drug dealers, crime bosses and Navy hierarchy all in the trademark cool, laid back
Magnum PI style. The set features episodes ‘Don’t Eat The Show in Hawaii’ and ‘Memories Are Forever’.
Miami Vice
- The clothes, the cars, the girls, the music; James “Sonny” Crockett (Don Johnson) and Richardo
Tubbs (Philip Michael Thomas) are the epitome of 80s cool. The set features the pilot episode ‘Brothers
Keeper Part 1 & 2’ and ‘French Twist’.
Knight Rider
- Michael Knight (David Hasselhoff) is a young loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the
innocent, the helpless and the powerless in a world of criminals who operate above the law. The 80s set
features the episodes ‘Knight of the Phoenix Part 1 & 2’ and ‘Trust Doesn’t Rust’.
A-Team
- Join Hannibal (George Peppard), Faceman (Dirk Benedict), Babaracus (Mr. T) and Howling Mad
Murdoch (Dwight Schultz) as they share their special brand of mayhem, invention and smooth talking while
battling formidable odds to defeat the bad guys. The set features the episodes ‘Mexican Slayride Part 1 & 2’
and ‘The Taxicab Wars’.
