The Cook and The Chef is a program about the joy of using good basic food to create great dishes. It’s two people whose lives revolve around food inviting us into their passion and sharing their secrets.

Maggie Beer is renowned for her commitment to using the produce of the region in which she lives, the Barossa Valley in South Australia.

Simon Bryant is an Executive Chef whose passion for fresh local produce has resulted in an innovative new concept – Seriously South Australian® cuisine.
