In F*cksgiving Tastee has been given a release date and Alex and Piper flirt and dance at her leaving party. Pennsatucky uses the opportunity to report them for “lesbian activity” and warden Healy loses his temper and puts Piper in the SHU (solitary confinement) – he even tells Larry that Piper and Alex are sexually involved – something that does happen when Piper is released from solitary.

On a visit Sophia’s wife tells him she is interested in the new pastor at her church and although Sophia is initially upset she eventually gives her blessing. Meanwhile Daya persuades Mendoza to make her a special herbal tea that will bring on a miscarriage; Mendez and Red have a major run in when Red destroys the drugs he has “imported”.

Flashbacks focus on Alex, firstly as a troubled teen struggling to fit in then meeting her musician father for the first time and her beginning involvement with the drug cartel.
