JOE 90

Supermarionation puppet series. A nine year old boy, Joe 90, has a special pair of glasses that enable him to act in all kinds of subterfuge on behalf of the government whenever the day needs saving. Joe's father was a scientist and had a special machine which transferred information into Joe via his glasses for whatever case Joe was on (skills to be a Rocket pilot etc).

Supermarionation series that also utilised some live acting from Stanley Unwin as a priest investigating various spy capers in his role as an agent for B.I.S.H.O.P. Unwin only appeared in long shot whilst close up work was reserved for the puppets. Father Unwin also had a kind of partner in Agent Matthew whom was able to miniaturised.

THUNDERBIRDS

Supermarionation series. Amazing exploits of the staff of International Rescue, a family run organisation based on their own (Tracy) island and dedicated to keeping evil at bay. The family was head by Jeff Tracy who had five sons Scott, Virgil, Alan, Gordon and John. Brains was the man responsible for the teams vehicles. The team had different vehicles they could call upon depending on the case. These were:- Thunderbird 1 ( A Rocket piloted by Scott). Thunderbird 2 (The Green carrier type craft piloted by Virgil) Thunderbird 3 ( Spaceship Piloted by Alan). Thunderbird 4 (submarine piloted by Gordon) and Thunderbird 5 ( space satellite manned by John). Also involved was six wheeled pink rolls royce owning Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward and her chauffeur Parker. Number plate of Lady P's Rolls Royce was FAB 1 Two movies were also made in the mid sixties these were Thunderbirds Are Go and Thunderbird Six.

Scifi drama series. In the 1980's the Earth is beset by alien forces, a secret government agency is set up, using as its headquarters a thriving film studio, to combat the alien menace. This series marked Gerry Andersons first real foray into TV live action after his puppet years. A proposed second season later mutated into Space:1999.
