BURLESQUE BEAT

Having first made a name for itself in the Victorian era, Burlesque is once again very much in vogue, thanks in no small part to the likes of Dita Von Teese who is very much the current Queen of Burlesque. To celebrate the release of Burlesque Beat we have three copies for you to win.

Put together by Rodney James, surely one of the most inspirational fitness instructors working in Australia today, the DVD is more than just an exercise programme as it combines dance moves and exotic stretches to build towards an overall amazing cardio and all body workout.

This dance inspired fitness release can be found in all good dvd outlets as well as being available online from www.homefitnessdelivered.com.au. Our competition runs until 6 March 2009 and to win all you have to do is tell us which decade Burlesque first came to prominence.
