Time Life DVD / Region 4 / Released January 8, 2010Cheers and Tears is an hilarious trilogy of TV movies about the misadventures of a group of middle aged friends. It's released this month on DVD in a 3 disc set and we have five copies to give away!
There is an all star cast that features the likes of Martin Clunes, Neil Pearson, Mark Benton, Brian Murphy and the always fabulous Ian Richardson and in the first movie The Booze Cruise, the gang head off on a cross channel ferry trip to stock up on duty free booze but things don't quite work out as planned; In The Treasure Hunt it's a two day charity treasure hunt that is at the heart of the action whilst in The Scattering it's a comedy of farcical proportions as the dying wish of a mother to have her ashes scattered on the Yorkshire Moors turns into a disaster.
Very funny and with great acting from a super cast Cheers and Tears is a fab slice of television.
