By the time Roseanne was nearing its end, Roseanne Barr herself had become one of the most talked about people in the world and realising that the end of her show was undoubtably nigh Roseanne decided to go out on a real high. The series kicks off in great style when the Connor's win the lottery with Roseanne then deciding to buy the factory where she works. It's not all beer and skittles though as there are still some real issues the family have to face, not least the affair that Dan has that threatens to change everything for ever.
It's a great season that is also full of guest appearances from the likes of Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley (in Patsy and Edina Ab Fab guise), Hugh Hefner, Jim Varney and Steven Seagal. The three disc features all 25 episodes from the season as well an interview special.
