Five O'Clock Club Twice weekly entertainment show for pre-teens, shown Tuesdays and Fridays. Hosted by Muriel Young and Howard Williams( later replaced by Wally Whyton). Puppets were featured with Ollie Beak and Fred Barker. See also Lucky Dip of which this show is a continuation. From 1965 the series was known as Ollie and Fred's Five O' Clock Club. There was also a show called Five O' Clock Funfair broadcast by A-R in 1965 and this also featured Fred Barker and Ollie Beak. |
