BALLYKISSANGEL SEASON FIVE

BBC DVD / Region 4 / Released September 2008

Ballykissangel is another of the BBC's classic Sunday Night dramas, one of the best shows of the 1990's, season five is released this month by BBC DVD and in honour of this we have five copies to give away.

Telling stories of the residents of the beautiful Irish village of Ballykissangel (initially the show had been about an English priest trying to adjust to his new role in the village but very quickly the series opened out to take in the whole village), the fifth season of the series sees businessman Tony Quigley having to contend with the arrival of a former rival, meanwhile it looks like new romance may be on the horizon for both his daughter Niamh and Orla O'Connell. Incidentally Hollywood star Colin Farrell (who came in for the fourth season and here billing himself as Colin J Farrell) was a big part of the later seasons of the show.

Our Competition runs until 5 October 2008 and to win a copy of Ballyk's fifth season all you have to do is tell us created the series.
