BORN AND BRED SEASON ONE

One of the most warm hearted series of the last few years would definitely have to be 1950's set Born and Bred, season one of which is released this month by BBC DVD and to celebrate we have five copies for you to get your hands on.

Starring James Bolam and Michael French the series sees them playing father and son Doctors Arthur and Tom Gilder, dealing with the changing face of the National Health Service and drawn into the dramas of their friends in the village. Filled with wonderful playing from great British charactor actors like Clive Swift and the brillaint Maggie Steed, Born and Bred is a top quality nostalgia filled comedy drama, perfect for those of us who would prefer to imagine that life was really like this.

Our Competition runs until 5 October 2008 and to win a copy all you have to do is tell us is tell the name of the village that Born and Bred is set in.
