RAMSAY'S KITCHEN NIGHTMARES - CAMPANIA (Fair Lawn, New Jersey)

Channel 4 contine to bring us Gordo's recent USA version of his Kitchen Nightmares series, this week (Wednesday 6 Feb 2008 @ 10.00pm) he is in Fair Lawn, New Jersey to take a look at the Italian restaurant Campania.

In just 18 months, owner Joe Cerniglia has run it into the ground through a fatal combination of a cumbersome menu, a chaotic kitchen and confused staff. Gordon's verdict: the only thing that can save this restaurant is balls: meatballs, lovingly prepared and served, the kind of food that the locals will find irresistible and that can put Campania back on the map. But can Joe cut through his self-created chaos and rise to the challenge, or will Campania sink without trace?
