SLINGS AND ARROWS SEASON ONE

DV1 DVD / Region 4 / Released November 2008

The hugely funny Slings and Arrows is all set to reach the wide audience it clearly deserves to with the release on region 4 by DV1 of the first season of the show. To celebrate we have a quintet of copies to give away.

Starring the brilliant Paul Gross (probably best known for his role in Due South) and the lovely Rachel McAdams, Slings is set in amongst the theatre folk of the New Burbabge Festival where Geoffrey Tennant (Gross) is taking over as artistic director following the death of his mentor Oliver Welles (who despite being dead has a major presence in the series).

Funny and clever dialogue with a darkly comedic centre, Slings and Arrows is not to be missed. The competition runs until 11 December and to win a copy of Glastonbury the Movie all you have to do is tell us what play by William Shakespeare the title is taken from.
