Previously made by the BBC featuring a superb performance from Alec Guiness, a big screen version of John Le Carre’s Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy is due to hit movie screens soon and just released is a first UK poster.
The all star cast which features Benedict Cumberbatch (of Sherlock), Colin Firth, Mark Strong, Ciarán Hinds and the fab Kathy Burke sees Gary Oldman in the lead as George Smilet a world weary and disgraced spy called by in to service by his government bosses.
The movie, which is directed by Tomas Alfredson, will premiere at the Venice Film Festival.
