Four In One (NBC 1970-1971, Rod Serling, Roy Thinnes)
A kind of dry run for the following seasons hugely successful NBC Mystery Movie series, Four In One was the umbrella title for four rotating series, each of which ran to six episodes.
McCloud would go on to have a long run under Mystery Movie banner, The Psychiatrist starred Roy Thinnes working in Los Angeles and trying to bring new techniques to his practice; San Francisco International Airport told stories of the staff and passengers at the titular airport whilst Rod Serling’s Night Gallery was a kind of continuation of his earlier Twilight Zone but with more of a supernatural/horror slant to the stories (of which there were several in each episode).
