Glee: Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker Snag Guest Star Roles
It’s the show that all stars seem to want to appear – you know to prove that not only are they great singers and dancers but they are also down with the vital young audience. According to reports over at THR Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson are the latest two stars to sign up for recurring guest roles. Hudson has already proven her chops in the fab movie Nine but can’t say we are too thrilled by the thought of Jessica-Parker getting her dancing shoes on.
During a conference call with reporters Monday, Fox Entertainment topper Kevin Reilly revealed that Glee‘s fourth season will revolve around a handful of graduating seniors and be set at a performing arts school in New York. The series will continue to be set at McKinley High in Ohio and feature a slate of new characters to be announced in the coming weeks.
Joining for Season 4 include Sex and the City‘s Parker and Hudson, with the latter set for six episodes in the fall and the former landing a multiepisode stint as well.
“Glee is really positioned for a strong year,” Reilly said.
Season 4 is going to be a pivotal one for the show as new cast members make way for the departing likes of Lea Michele and Cory Monteith.
