Is Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation No More – Shaun Micallef Says It’s Over
Host of Channel Ten’s popular game show Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation Shaun Micallef is convinced the show is over, at least for the foreseeable future, no doubt the fact that he has a new show Mad As Hell just about to start on the ABC Network has it’s part to play in his thinking but as he tells Adelaide Now his co-stars are all busy with their own projects too.
“I think everyone has moved on - Josh (Thomas) is doing a show for the ABC, Amanda’s got The Living Room and Charlie (Pickering) is busy with The Project.
“There won’t be any more this year and I have a sneaking suspicion we won’t be back next year … (but) never say never,” he adds.
“I can’t stand football, I detest sport,” Shaun tells Confidential.
“I think Amanda has a program called The Living Room on at the same time - we’ll separate the sheep from the goats,” he says, laughing.
“Really, I suspect we have different audiences.”
