English legend Joanna Lumley will be the face of Foxtel’s new drama campagn that will feature across all media platforms. The ads will see Lumlmey acting out a series of tongue in cheek roles based on the characters from Foxtel’s broad range of local and international drama programs.
Series featured in the campaign include SoHo’s country music drama Nashville; top rating Australian series Wentworth; Julia Louis-Dreyfuss political satire Veep; dramedy Orange Is The New Black; the 1960s advertising industry themed Mad Men; romantic period drama Outlander; and worldwide smash hit Game of Thrones.
Shot exclusively for Foxtel in London by UK agency Brothers and Sisters, the advertising campaign highlights Foxtel’s premium first run drama offering, and the Box Sets channel, which features full seasons of drama content.

Upcoming premieres and current series on the pay TV network include season 5 of Game of Thrones (premieres today), season 3 of Orange is the New Black (12 June), the final season of Mad Men and home grown drama Deadline Gallipoli.
