MASTERCHEF ALL STARS SEASON FINALE SUNDAY 19 AUGUST 2012 @ 6.30PM ON TEN

The three All Star finalists, Kate, Chris and Callum, arrive at the MasterChef kitchen for the last time, fired up and ready to fight it out for the title of MasterChef All Star and $25,000 for their charity.

First up the finalists are met by MasterChef favourite, Maggie Beer, who declares the All Stars must cook a pheasant family feast for 14 people – and those 14 people include all the MasterChef All Stars from the season!

While they are happy to see so many familiar faces return to the kitchen, the finalists really need to re- main focused. One of them will be eliminated at the end of this round so they need to give it all they can if they want to take home the title.

Two hours isn’t long to cook for 14 people, and one contestant struggles to stick to the time frame. Will this bring them undone? Sadly the judges declare one contestant must leave the competition, leaving two amazing All Stars to compete in the final challenge.
And what a challenge it is! Renowned chef Peter Gilmore arrives in the MasterChef with, you guessed it, a snow egg!

The stunning dessert that caused a mini meltdown in the MasterChef kitchen in Season Two is back, ready to test the finalists all over again. With three hours to cook, this is going to push them to their limits. So many pressure points in this technical dish only a true All Star can do it perfectly.

Who will it be? In a close race the judges reveal their final scores and the All Star winner is announced!
