NBC: Allegiance cancelled, Thursday night schedule changes

NBC have decided that five episodes of Allegiance is enough cancelling the show after this weeks episode. The spy drama premiered at the beginning of Feb at around the five million mark but very quickly fell to around 3.4 million.

As of next week it means there are some changes to the Thursday night schedule for NBC with Dateline: The Real Blacklist opening at 8.00pm with The Blacklist itself at 9.00pm and then The Slap showing at 10.00pm. The network are hoping that The Slap will pick up some momentum with these changes however it will be up against new ABC show American Crime which premiered to generally positive reviews last week.
