Having had a good explore this afternoon there is plenty of top quality content available from Netflix original series to shows from the US, the UK and Australia (over a hundred episodes of Doctor Who!). Netflix has licensing agreements in place with Warner Bros., BBC, FOX, NBC Universal, Village Roadshow Entertainment, Beyond Distribution, Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and The Walt Disney Company and there are currently hundreds of different titles on offer, this of course will grow substantially over the next few months.
Upcoming titles include Marvel’s Daredevil; the dramatic thriller Sense8; the highly-anticipated Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon II: The Green Destiny and comedy series Grace and Frankie.
It will definitely offer an alternative to Foxtel for many people and will satisfy our current craving for Binge viewing.
