ITV have unveiled a new promo showcasing the stars of their morning line up.
Twelve of ITV Daytime’s stars got together to film the promo which used Europe’s biggest circular filming track to rotate around a set, creating the visual of a turning carousel made up of the five morning shows.
Piers Morgan, Susanna Reid, Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard for Good Morning Britain, Lorraine Kelly; This Morning’s Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield; Jeremy Kyle; and four of the Loose Women – Nadia Sawalha, Saira Khan, Ruth Langsford and Andrea Mclean all took part.
Head of Promotions, ITV Daytime, Olivia Heriot – Walker said:
“We wanted to showcase the brilliant array of Daytime talent we’ve got on ITV, which is truly unrivalled and we thought the visual of a branded carousel was a good way to bring this to life.”
ITV Director of Daytime, Helen Warner said:
“I’m really proud of the stellar line up we have under the ITV Daytime brand umbrella. Great talent delivering great content each and every weekday.”
ITV Daytime saw success in 2016 with audience figures growing by five per cent across the schedule (6am – 6pm). The brand promo features the track Dreams from Beck and will air across the last two weeks of January.
