PBS Masterpiece Mystery fans are in for a real treat this month when the channel air’s the three recent BBC Zen mysteries based on the novels by Michael Dibdin and starring Rufus Sewell.
The feature length series focuses on the cases of Italian detective inspector Aurelio Zen who is never afraid to do things his way even if means crossing the line. It’s a beautiful looking series too, gorgeous Rome settings and equally gorgeous production design.
The three episodes are Vendetta (screening July 17), Cabal (screening July 24) and Ratking (on July 31).
