SYFY PLAN RE-BOOT OF BBC’S BLAKE’S 7

There are reports sufacing that the Syfy channel is in the throes of putting together a brand new version of all time great British sci-fi series Blake’s 7.
The pedigree of the behind the scenes crew is pretty good Martin Campbell (of Goldeneye) will direct Joe (Heroes) Pokaski’s script which is being produced by Marc Rosen for Georgeville Television.
No word yet on casting but this is very exciting news indeed!
Blake’s 7 ran on the BBC from 1978-81 and lasted 52 episodes.
