The Block 2012 – Open For Inspection This June

Posted May 15, 2012 by MemTV in AUSTRALIAN TV NEWS

It’s definitely been more of a low key series so far this year but one of the highlights of every series of The Block is the chance to have a real life squizz around the houses when they become “Open For Inspection” and The Age is reporting that it will be Saturday, June 16 and Sunday, June 17 that are the dates to pencil in and if last year is anything to go by then expect massive crowds!

About 25,000 fans turned up in Richmond for the first open in last year’s series, followed by another 10,000 people on the second day.

Private Property believes the grand finale auction will be on June 30 at the properties at the corner of Dorcas and Montague streets.

Rumour says asking prices of the properties range from $1 million to more than $1.2 million.
