Fans of the much loved All My Children are growing, naturally, very concerned about the fate of their favourite characters when the show moves online early next year. Erica Kane played by Susan Lucci, the only remaining original cast member of All My Children, is the first of the main players to be offered a new contract though by Prospect Park, the company taking over the license of the show from ABC. It seems Lucci has been offered the same salary as she receives now but she has yet to make a decision. Prospect though will surely be keen to keep her onboard to help smooth the transition between broadcasting environments.

Al My Children and One Life To Live have both been cancelled by ABC but in a something of a signal forward for the way cancelled shows might be handled Prospect believe a bigger enough internet audience exists for them to continue production on both shows to the same standard as the ABC broadcasts. At this point in time they are also looking for a possible deal with a cable network.
