Dancer and choreographer Ashley Banjo leads the nation’s favourite dance troupe Diversity as they present one-off special Steal The Show, which is full of surprises, special guests and lots of incredible dancing. The Diversity boys, who hail from east London and Essex, have now been busting moves for almost a decade, and have gone from strength to strength since winning Britain’s Got Talent back in 2009.
The group have enjoyed ongoing success ever since, with a handful of live tours and performances at major events cementing their place as arguably the UK’s most high profile dance act. The boys, under the guidance of the talented Mr Banjo, proved that there is no limit to their talents as they led a dance extravaganza during the final of Britain’s Got Talent 2016 which blew the judges and audience away.
This special show culminates in a mind-blowing Showstopper performance, in which three members of the public take to the stage alongside Diversity and perform for their chance to Steal the Show and win an amazing prize.
Also featured are two groups of dancing colleagues who go head to head in the Office Dance Off, and there is a collaboration between Diversity and the West End cast of Motown The Musical. There are also a number of special guest appearances from stars including Olympian and I’m a Celeb star Sam Quek and fellow Britain’s Got Talent 2009 finalists Stavros Flatley, plus music is provided by chart-toppers The Vamps.
Diversity Presents Steal The Show airs on ITV on Sunday 1 Jan 2017 at 7.00pm
