Glamour Girls, The (ITV 1980, Brigit Forsyth, Sally Watts)
Sitcom The Glamour Girls followed the exploits of two women, Veronica Hawlett and Debbie Wilkinson, who work for an extremely dodgy modeling agency called Glamgirls Ltd. Most of their jobs tended towards the promotion side of things and glamour is way down the list.
Another excellent David Nobbs series (his next series after The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin) that, although it ran for two seasons, didn’t make too much of an impression with the public at large.
