Chef Michel Roux Jr takes to the road in search of secret eateries and food mavericks in episode three of Hidden Restaurants. This time he heads to the West Country and Wales, where he discovers feasts in a garden shed, a staff canteen, and a Victorian walled kitchen garden.
Helping Michel on his adventure is chef Freddy Bird, who travels to London to meet a couple who want to turn a barge into a fine dining fish restaurant. There’s also a highly celebrated crab shack on the Isles of Scilly.
