Sugar Free Farm Episode 3 (ITV 24 Jan 2017, Peter Davison, Gemma Collins)

Sugar Free Farm Episode 3

Sugar Free Farm continues its second series with a new group of celebrities. As the third episode, which airs Tuesday 24 Jan at 9.00pm on ITV, begins the seven celebs are a week into a radical diet plan which is totally free of sugar, refined carbohydrates, unhealthy processed fats and cheap meat, and are undergoing some hard manual labour in order to earn all the healthy food they eat.

As the effects of the new diet kick in and the sugar withdrawal symptoms start to recede, the seven come face-to-face with their meat – working closely with the farm’s livestock and choosing which ones are to go for slaughter. Comedian Joe Pasquale finds these life and death decisions difficult, while TV presenter Alison Hammond and actor Peter Davison struggle to play god when it comes to the young buffalo.

And as they begin to feel the benefits of sticking to a natural and healthy diet, Stavros Flatley Senior gets a rude awakening about his famously large belly, and Junior is confronted with the grim truth about his favourite breakfast sausage sarnies. Completing the line-up are TOWIE girl Gemma Collins and former Conservative MP Anne Widdecombe.

Sugar Free Farm Season 2 Episode 3 airs Tuesday 24 January 2017 from 9.00pm-10.00pm on ITV.
