LINKSBUSTIN' MAKES US FEEL GOOD... GHOSTBUSTERS OUT NOW ON BLU-RAY

For most movie lovers in their 20’s and 30’s it doesn’t get much bigger than ‘Ghostbusters.’ A perfect 80’s Hollywood popcorn flick, it blended quick fire screwball comedy, supernatural action and (for the time) state of the art FX. A tightly coiled script and memorable characters lent the movie a longevity that has not waned at all in the years since. The superb cast of Murray, Aykroyd, Ramis et al quickly became mega stars and the franchise went on to become global gold-dust. Incredibly (and scarily) released a quarter of a century ago, this features packing Blu-Ray release celebrates the original 1984 cinematic release.
With a new video game –declared to be a new sequel by no less than Dan Aykroyd- also out now on the Playstation 3 (with a release on the Xbox mooted for October) garnering good reviews and continued speculation on fan sites about a cinematic third film it looks all set to be a ‘Busters Summer of Love…
