entire career featuring 37 songs.

ABOUT
THE ALBUM
Pretty much the definitive Mötley Crüe collection, this new 2 disc
collection brings together all of their most well known songs. The Crüe
have always been able to traverse genres and this package spans
everything from spandex anthems through the cock rock years and even the
occasional power ballad.
Always outrageous and
controversial (hence the explicit lyrics tag on the cover) the Crue's
career began with an independent single called Toast of the Town,
featured here naturally, and they quickly became the kings of Sleaze
rock. This collection, which should probably be labeled as an
anthology rather than a best of, includes not just their hits but also
rarer stuff including some different mixes and edits of songs as well as
covers such as Helter Skelter by the Beatles and Street Fighting Man by
The Stones (one of three new songs featured on the two disc set), of the
two other new songs one is the classic rock of If I Die Tomorrow and the
other is the sleazy Sick Love Song.
The boys, for all their fights
and ups and downs (at one stage singer John Carabi replaced Vince for an
album, a couple of cuts from that are featured here), certainly know how
to rock. This is a very well put together digipack two disc set with
comprehensive liner notes that aren't afraid to tell it warts and
all. Well worth a listen!
